We greatly appreciate Matt’s eye for details on quality and workmanship of homes, and he is objective, pointing out flaws and insufficiencies as he sees them in a home, and also acknowledging quality when he sees it. When we decided on a home, our price and terms were less than asking, but Matt’s negotiation skills were excellent as he worked with the seller’s Realtor until the parties came to that mutually agreeable price and terms. During this process, there were times Matt worked for us in the evenings and even during football Sunday. His team made the escrow and closing a breeze.
